I am a Quaker minister, a clinical chaplain and healthcare administrator, who has been a Friend for over twenty years, and who has decided to expand my ministry into a practice of writing, albeit very sporadically.

In my personal life, I am married to Kevin (on the left), a semiretired massage therapist and dear friend to many.

Our home includes our canine companion Tucker, a young rescue we adopted in 2021.  He is our teacher about joy, rest, trauma, and living in the moment.  And, oh yes, unconditional love.
